Estrella Naturals ships to over 30 countries and assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped outside the USA. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Delayed or Impounded Orders. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. When you place your order, you are Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
We ship most International orders via Global Air Mail and it takes approximately 6-8 Days (some orders may take as long as 2-4 weeks if they are delayed by Customs). This is a very economical way to ship internationally and costs for Canadian Air Parcel orders usually start at $5.00 and under $14 on almost all other countries.
If the package is lost, stolen or seized by Customs - for any reason - and we do not receive the package back, we will Not issue you a refund. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. If you tell us the item is a Gift, we will tag it as such.
The description of the package contents on the Customs form, usually reads:
" Nutritional Supplements"
If you select the wrong shipping method for your location, we will correct the shipping and adjust the charges accorindingly. It is your responsibility to select the proper shipping method.
For orders to Canada, please use CANADIAN AIR PARCEL.
For orders to all other countries, please select GLOBAL AIR MAIL as your Shipping Option.
